Palo Santo
Palo Santo is a mystical tree that grows in Ecuador and Peru. In Spanish, the literal translation is “Holy Wood”. It creates a pleasant, fresh, sweet smelling smoke with hints of mint and citrus. I keep a bowl in my living room. Even unlit, its beautiful aroma fills up the space. It is burned in ceremonies by Shamans in preparation for meditation a deeper spiritual connection.

Light your stick of Palo Santo at the very edge. Allow it to burn for about 45 seconds then blow out. Not only is it excellent to clean the energy of a space but also to smudge your personal energy (aura) by swirling it around your head and moving down to your feel. It is a perfect travel companion because it produces very little smoke.
Each stick is approximately 4-5 inches long, 1 inch thick and will last a long time.
