Apple Cinnamon Detox and Energy Elixir
If you are trying to find a natural way to speed up your metabolism and boost up your energy, we have the perfect solution for you. This is a great detox water to help digest after perhaps indulging in too much comfort food and get rid of toxins.
- 1 apple thinly sliced (you can use any type of apples, but we recommend using Fuji and Honey Crisp apples as they are sweeter than other apple varieties)
- 1 fresh cinnamon stick
- Ice
- Cold Water
- Large pitcher
Add apple slices and cinnamon stick to the bottom of the pitcher. Fill half of the pitcher with ice and then add water. Keep in mind that this tasty water has a hint of flavor, meaning if you want it to taste stronger, add more apples or slice them thinner. It’s best if you let them sit in the fridge for an hour or so before serving.
Drink one glass before your meals. Keep your Apple Cinnamon Detox and Energy Elixir in the fridge not more than 3 days.
